Mill Masters can regrind tube mill rolls for Mill Masters Tube Mills as well as other Tube Mill Manufacturers to extend the life of the roll or a the complete roll set. Mill Masters can deliver this process with reduced lead-time and with considerable savings as compared to replacement tooling.
Mill Masters provides complete tube mills refurbishments. This service can include a basic upgrade to a complete refurbishment with new electrical controls, upgrade of mechanical components, new tooling, new guarding, and other options.
Mill Master’s offers full mechanical & electrical design service – focusing on the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. Product development solutions include detailed mechanical & electrical design plus complete tooling design & fabrication capability.
