Elite Series
The Mill Masters Elite Series Tube Mill utilizes High Frequency Induction Welding process to allow you to achieve high production rates and speeds up to 600 feet per minute. It is designed for producing Flat Oval tubes ranging from 12mm to 85mm heights in a variety of materials including Aluminum, brass, and Cuprobraze. The Elite Series welds the flat oval tube in a near net shape resulting in a reduced strip width, improved dimensional control, and reduced gage thickness.

Applications: Automotive heat exchangers, Radiators, Heaters, Condensors, Oil Coolers and Charge air coolers



Ultra Series
The Mill Masters Ultra Series Tube Mill utilizes High Frequency Induction Welding process to allow you medium production rates and speeds up to 400 feet per minute. The Ultra is our lowest cost High Frequency Welded tube mill. It is similar to the Elite tube mill, with the exclusion of the accumulator, Pinch rolls and utilizes a single stock reel. It is designed for producing Flat Oval tubes ranging from 12mm to 85mm heights in a variety of materials including Aluminum, brass, and Cuprobraze. The Ultra Series welds the flat oval tube in a near net shape resulting in a reduced strip width, improved dimensional control, and reduced gage thickness.

Spectrum Series
The Mill Masters Spectrum Series Tube Mill utilizes High Frequency Induction Welding as the weld source to allow you high production rates and speeds up to 600 feet per minute. It is designed for producing tubes in basically any shape ranging from 6mm to 76mm diameter in a variety of materials including Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Inconel. The Spectrum Series Tube Mill Welds the tube in a round shape and then reshapes to the desired finish shape allowing the flexibility of running many different shaped tubes on one tube mill. The Spectrum Series Tube Mill is one of the most versatile mills offered.

Applications: Decorative/Protective Consumer products, Appliances, Furniture, Marine, Aerospace, Gas Burner tubes, Air Conditioning/refrigeration, Condensers, Evaporators, co-axial and fiber optic telecommunications cable, and Golf Club Shafts.



Premier Series
The Mill Masters Premier Series Tube Mill utilizes TIG, MIG, Plasma or Laser as the weld source to allow you the ability to weld virtually any material. The Premier Mill is a lower cost alternative for smaller production requirements. Tube sizes range from 6mm to 76mm diameter in a variety of materials, and speeds range from 15 to 40 feet per minute. The Premier Series Tube Mill utilizes weld in the round shape technology and then reshapes to the desired finish shape allowing the flexibility of running many different shaped tubes on one tube mill.

Applications: Decorative/Protective Consumer products, Appliances, Furniture, Marine, Aerospace, Gas Burner tubes, Air Conditioning/refrigeration, Condensers, Evaporators, co-axial and fiber optic telecommunications cable.



Quantum Series
The Mill Masters Quantum Series Tube Mill utilizes a Folded or Lock Seam technology. The Quantum Series is our lowest cost tube mill and has the ability to produce aluminum or brass flat oval tubes ranging from 16mm to 40mm in height, and speeds from 40 to 120 meters per minute. The Quantum Series of tube mills is an inexpensive alternative to the welded mills due to the absence of a welder. The Folded Quantum tube mill is an excellent mill for producing radiator or heater core tubes in a cell concept eliminating the need to handle the tubes between processes.

Burst Testers:
The Mill Masters BT-3500 Burst Tester offers a fully automatic cycle to test the integrity of your tubes. The BT-3500 has a maximum burst pressure of 3500psi, and can test tubes from 6.985mm to 76.20mm height in flat oval, up to 1" diameter in round, and maximum tube lengths of 1016mm without any tooling changes. The stainless steel enclosure locks down during the burst cycle, and the PLC control with digital readout records the maximum tube burst pressure. Learn more about the BT-3500


Tube Stackers:
The Mill Masters TS-3440 Tube Stacker can orientate and stack tubes from 5.1 to 40 inches in length, and 13mm to 34mm in height. State of the art PLC controls enable the Mill Masters TS-3440 to process heater core tubes at a rate of up to 300 tubes per minute as a single unit, and 600 tubes per minute as a double unit.

Our highly skilled craftsmen utilize up to date precision CNC Lathes to manufacture our precision tooling to exact specifications allowing you to produce the highest quality tubes. All Mill Masters Tooling is manufactured utilizing our exclusive 8 step machining process ensuring you the highest quality all the time. Mill Masters offers tooling in a variety of materials such as D2, Carbide and Ceramics. Our Tooling Design Engineers design your tooling to produce tubes to your exact specifications.
